An exciting and challenging Senior Finance Executive (AP/AR) (five-month contract) job has become available at one of the world's most well-known optical brands. About the Senior Finance Executive (AP/AR) (five-month contract) Role:
Reporting to the senior accountant and working in a team of four, you will be responsible of the accounts payables and partial accounts receivables functions (non-system related) and ensure all reports and records comply to statutory requirements and company policies. Key Responsibilities: Accounts payables

• Maintain/prepare/update fixed assets schedules and detailed listing to ensure completeness
• Be responsible for accounts payables by ensuring all liabilities are accurately supported in system with duly approved documents
• Review and approve employees’ claims and ensuring that it complies to the T&E policy
• Process vendor payments and staff claims
• Liaise with internal/external vendors on all queries relating to payments
• Ensure the customer master file is properly maintained in the Oracle/SFDC system (cross function with AP)

Accounts receivables (non-system related)

• Assist in banking in of customers’ cheques and following up on outstanding invoices by working closely with sales team on customers’ collections
• Calculate monthly/quarterly sales rebates and maintaining appropriate schedules

To succeed in the Senior Finance Executive (AP/AR) (five-month contract) role, you must be well-versed in Oracle PTP/Concur/SFDC, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Able to balance and prioritise multiple conflicting requirements
• Good team player with strong analytics, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to prioritise and work well under pressure and time constraints
• Independent, proactive and highly motivated
