Senior Finance Executive / Full Set / Investment Holding / Joo Koon
Working day& hours: Monday -Thursday, 8am-6pm and Friday, 8am-5pm (44 hours)
Salary Range: $3500 - $5000
Location: 15 Benoi Road
Company transport is provided from Jurong East and Boon Lay.
Based on past record, we have VB of 1-2 months on average.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Maintain full set of account for investment holding companies
- Assist in group consolidation
- Prepare monthly consolidated accounts
- Work closely with business units finance team to ensure efficient and timely submission of results to the Group
- Perform analysis of group financial reports
- Assist in quarterly Forecast & yearly Budget
- Liaise with external auditors
- Adhoc duty as assigned
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous and proficient in MS office especially in MS Excel
- Able to start immediately/in short notice
- Ability to function as a team player
- Ability to meet tight schedules and deadlines
- Possess good working attitude and able to work independently as well as being a proactive team member
- Assertive yet tactful with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in SAP ERP system/ Cognos system is an added advantage -
