Our client is a multinational corporation (MNC). It is a French multinational retailer specializing in beauty products, including cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, and haircare.Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end closing tasks, including reviewing financial reports and preparing commentaries.
• Manage mall vouchers and promotions, including recording, reimbursement, and addressing queries from stores or other stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Address payment, billing, and sales-related queries by coordinating with stores, shared service teams, and external parties.
• Assist in compiling information for statutory audits, internal audits, and income tax submissions.
• Support daily finance operations by liaising with internal and external parties on finance-related matters.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing and managing mail.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
• Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by management as needed.

Job Requirement(s):

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and precise with a hands-on approach.
