Senior Finance & HR Executive * Location: Ubi Avenue * Working days: 5 days (Mon - Fri) * Working hours: 8.30am-6pm * Salary: $3500 - $4500 Job responsibilities: Finance * Primary res Senior Finance & HR Executive Location: Ubi Avenue Working days: 5 days (Mon - Fri) Working hours: 8.30am-6pm Salary: $3500 - $4500 Job responsibilities: Finance Primary responsibility for Singapore HQ entity but will be required to perform consolidation and support duties for Malaysia subsidiary. Prepares timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting. Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc. Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities. Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate. secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required. Support stock take and any ad hoc reports required by management. HR Admin Assist with day to day operations in HR and administrative function. Handle & process staff's payroll and leave administration. Administer medical, insurance claims and other related claims. Preparation of statutory submission such as CPF, IRAS, Government surveys . Government related claims and grants. Process & handle all work pass related issues (Application, renewal and cancellation). Coordinate with office related vendors including cleaners, SCDF etc. Support any other office administration function if required. Requirement: Minimum Diploma or its equivalence in Accountancy Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
