Senior Finance Manager, Business Partnering

Job Description


Our client is a developer and investor in the Industrial/ Logistics sector and provides flexible and innovative customer-focused solutions for specialty commercial and industrial real-estate development and investment. They are looking to hire a Senior FInance Manager, Business Partnering to oversee the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Treasury functions across APAC.

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes including preparation of budget/forecast guidelines, review of assumptions and participate in business reviews. Establish various budgeting templates and prepare internal presentations to management.
  • Review monthly, quarterly, annual reports on financial performance and provide meaningful analysis on variances and advice for improvements to management and investors
  • Implement appropriate metrics to monitor performance against forecast and goals, ensuring alignment with corporate targets and growth strategies
  • Ensure all FP&A and Treasury policies and procedures including Delegation of Authority are developed and well-maintained
  • Develop internal audit program and act as a key liaison for internal audits
  • Coordinate the update and implementation of the internal control improvement action plans
  • Oversee cash management including forecasting cash needs, optimizing cash balances, and ensuring sufficient cash liquidity for entities under the venture fund, projects and operating platform
  • Coordinate capital call and loan drawdown requirements and maintain close communication with investors and lenders
  • Ensure timely loan servicing, and compliance with loan covenants and reporting
  • Lead review to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancements
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree or relevant professional qualification in Accounting or Finance
  • More than 10 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, treasury or a similar role with at least 5 years in supervisory capacity
  • Preferably possess experience in an asset management company.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis techniques.
  • Proficient in using various financial software tools (such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Highly analytical coupled with strong commercial acumen and excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, planning skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, quality, and integrity.
