The Company

Our client is a SGX listed real estate company with over 50 years of history and strong regional presence across APAC region. With their fast growing business and new properties acquired under the group, they are now partnering with us for a Senior Finance Manager role to lead the finance team for group reporting and SGX reporting, as well as supporting CFO for ad-hoc projects for their growing business.

The Role

Reporting to CFO, you will lead team of 3 and overlook regional portfolio across Asia region for group consolidation and financial reporting. Additionally, you will also be a key driver for quarterly and yearly SGX reporting, budgeting and forecasting for the sub-group entities within your care. You will also play a key advisory role for new IFRS updates and changes, and set internal control in place. You will also be playing a key role supporting for ad-hoc projects with CFO, CEO and other regional stakeholders. Lastly, this role will also be involved in ad-hoc projects and with great regional visibility for the overall business lines.

Your Profile

To be a successful candidate, you must have

• Degree in Accounting. CPA or ACCA certification is an additional bonus.
• Preferred candidates with big 4 audit exposure followed by commercial exposure in real estate or REIT industry.
• Min 8 - 10 years of working experiences are required.
• Proven team leadership is preferred. Additionally, you must demonstrate effective communication skills and leadership skills.
• Hands-on consolidation experience will be highly preferred.
