• Responsible for Regional Asia Pacific Finance Group Functions Controlling which includes CSI & CC/GBS and support to all departments.
• Ensure transparency of critical measures to support decision making and proactively recommend actions.
• Support and challenge Asia Pacific Innovation Center & Corporate Real Estate controlling to deliver desired business performance and achieve company strategy.
• Champion compliance and governance within the region and alignment globally.
• Support Ad-hoc Projects and be the Trusted Advisor for our stakeholders
• Initiate process improvement & drive efficiency, and lead Finance Digitalization
• Grow & develop team \xe2\x80\x93 Best Finance Team

Your Tasks1. Regional/Functional Cost Controlling

• Manage Regional Financial Accounting & Reporting for Cost and FTE, and provide recommendations to management on Cost Controlling
• Manage regional annual budgeting, SLA process, over/underrun, monthly forecasting, actuals & analysis
• Responsible for APIC\xe2\x80\x99s & CRE\xe2\x80\x99s financial health and highlight any risks and opportunities to Global Controller
• Provide support to Global Controllers and manage spending/reporting to ensure Corporate polices compliance at Country, Regional and Global level
• Support ad hoc projects and ad hoc requests with regular updates to management

2. Compliance and Governance

• Responsible for Compliance eApproval tool and enhancements
• Global champion for compliance and governance matters and ensure that policies are aligned across all regions and collaboration with DHL Group\xe2\x80\x99s Business Unit Compliance community

3. Stakeholder/Process/Team Management

• Ensure close cooperation to Global CSI & CC/GBS, Regional BU Controlling and all other communicative interfaces
• Direct management and leadership of the Finance CSI & GBS/CC AP Analysts
• Drive employee engagement in the Finance team

Education / Qualification / Certification / Requirements:

• BS/BA in Accountancy/Finance or related discipline
• CPA/CA or MBA or equivalent preferred
• 10-15 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Accounting and Finance areas or related field with strong controlling capabilities, including 5-8 years of staff management
• Good understanding of cross-functional business disciplines and the ability to work well in a cross-cultural and cross-country team environment
• Good written and oral communication skills that enable effective interaction with all levels of internal and external personnel
• Team oriented and agile in a fast paced environment with creative and innovative thinking
• Must demonstrate strong process orientation skills and promote an attitude of continuous improvement and innovation
• Exceptional presentation (Story-lining) and organizational skills with strong business acumen
• Current new digital skill like PowerBI, PowerApps & PowerAutomate; GenAI & Python is a plus
