About The Role

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will manage a team responsible for consolidating and reporting group finance activities across our 9 markets in the APAC region. You will collaborate closely with finance members in each region, driving monthly financial reporting and participate in high level decision making with the senior leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial data
• Prepare intercompany journal entries and consolidate management accounts for the Group Ensure timely submission and reporting of month-end closings across 9 markets and at the consolidated levelLead and oversee year-end-audits and statutory accounts of the Group, ensuring compliance with Singapore FRS and IFRS accounting standards
• Take responsibility for tax and regulatory reporting requirements to Singapore regulatorsDrive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes through automation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and accounting policies
• Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and best practices, communicating these changes to the team and other stakeholders as necessaryBuild a highly scalable and efficient accounting and finance function

• 7+ years of post-qualification experience in accounting and finance functions, preferably within in the FMCG or retail industry
• Strong accounting knowledge with a proven track record of experience in Singapore FRS and IFRSProfessional certifications (e.g. ACCA, CA, CPA, CIA, FRM) are preferred
• Extensive experience with month-end close, financial, and statutory reporting across APAC
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to resolve complex accounting queries
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft applications (excel, power point, etc.)
• Ability to comprehend and articulate financial records for various stakeholders
• Superior organizational skills, with the ability to effectively plan and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment, while meeting tight deadlines
