Requirements CPA/ CA qualified with 7-12 years of relevant professional experience (essential to have Big 4 experience ) Required: Hands-on, self-starter , proactive, driven, has a positive attitude, problem-solver, collaborative and is interested in business partnering Singaporean/ Singapore PR applicants, with ideally less than 2 months' notice period Bilingual in English and Mandarin, as this position will liaise with Chinese-speaking colleagues .. Budget: SGD 9,000 - 11,000 per months + Bonus Job Scope Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for timely and accurate financial reporting and management accounting, FP&A, busines partnering, evaluating and monitoring financial and business risks, review of balance sheet reconciliation, managing credit control process, working capital, cash flow, treasury, driving down accounts receivables, internal control, budgeting and forecasting processes. You will be a business partner to regional business leaders, advising financial impacts and supporting in business strategies to improve business & financial performance, as well as exploring ways to drive down cost and SG&A. You will work closely with the accounting shared services team, ensuring that accounting operations are in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies. You will monitor financial performances and projections, and make appropriate improvement recommendations to the senior management team. You will continuously evaluate and drive process improvement initiatives and/or system implementation projects to improve efficiency and accuracy.
