Qualifications- Must be a graduate of Bachelor in Finance or Accounting related field.- With at least 2 - 5 years of experience in the same field.General Duties as Hospital Staff(1) Promotes the mission, vision and core values of the Hospital(2) Maintains professional integrity, truthfulness, accountability, responsibility and efficiency community with family-orientedness, attentiveness, kindness and with the intent to do the right thing(3) Maintains collaborative and cooperative relationships among patients, physicians, and staff by communicating information and instructions; responding to requests; building rapport; participating in teamwork and problem-solving methods to resolve patient and administrative concerns and needs(4) Complies with the Hospital's stands, rules, regulations, policies, protocols, procedures and Standards of Conduct - whether written or verbal(5) Complies with regulations, legal and professional requirements established by Hospital, Philippine laws, rules, and regulations(6) Keeps patient information confidential, in compliance with the Hospital's data privacy policy and Republic Act No. 10173 otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012Supervisory Duties Administrative Duties(1) Reinforces the Hospital's standards, rules, regulations, policies, protocols and procedures whether written or verbal. Responsible in monitoring, counseling, developing and disciplining employees.(2) Accomplishes nursing human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and communicating job expectations. Supervise the Assistant Finance Officer, Billing Officer, Billing Clerk, Claims Clerk, Assistant Claims Clerk, Medical Records Officer and Personnel and Legal Office Clerk(3) Meets accounting and finance operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews, implementing policies and procedures, increasing productivity and work quality; and evolving customer-service standards, resolving problems; identifying improvements, offer advice to the direct reports or to the Management on the best ways to improve the service and the facility(4) Ensures operation of accounting and financing equipment by verifying equipment availability; completing preventive maintenance requirements; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.(5) Maintains accounting and financing supplies inventory by studying usage reports; identifying trends; anticipating needed supplies; budgeting, cost-effectiveness, approving requisitions and cost allocations; checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.(6) Make recommendations to the Management regarding improvements to the nursing service, and consolidate and communicate feedback from and observations regarding Assistant Finance Officer, Billing Officer, Billing Clerk, Claims Clerk, Assistant Claims Clerk, Medical Records Officer and Personnel and Legal Office Clerk(7) Demonstrates ability to perform duties even in high-stress situations;(8) Demonstrates a cooperative attitude to perform other duties as assigned;(9) Participates in efforts to resolve conflicts;(10) Actively engages in in performance improvement activities, including but not limited to evaluations, assessments, forums, etc.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:
