Job Description
- Handling and overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable function. - Analysing and preparing monthly financials to headquarter. - Assisting Head of Finance to ensure compliance of internal and accounting controls. - Liaising with retail ten - Handling and overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable function. - Analysing and preparing monthly financials to headquarter. - Assisting Head of Finance to ensure compliance of internal and accounting controls. - Liaising with retail tenants and collecting rent-in-arrears from tenants. - Preparing reports for Operational Risk Management. - Taking up Finance Business Partner role for retail operations, including budget preparation. - Preparing progress report to management on asset performance. .LI - Sandra Qualifications - Preferably 5 years or more in handling full set of accounts. - Prior experience in real estate industry would be advantageous. - Good communication and articulation skills.
