Supervise accounting procedures and financial reports prepared by the out-sourced accounting team
Ensure timely submission of monthly tax returns to the authorities
Prepare monthly forecast and bi-annual budget for management review
Compile and submit quarterly reporting package to the Headquarters
Manage inter-company billing for labour and service recharge
Check and approve employee expense claims and ensure timely reimbursement
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes, including facilitating audit requests, providing necessary documentation, and addressing audit findings
Follow up with bankers for bank related matters
Prepare ad-hoc reports, analysis and duties as required by the business
Any other ad-hoc matter
Job Requirements
Degree in Accounting or ACCA / relevant professional accounting qualification
Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in similar capacity
Experience in working with large date sets
Hands-on and proactive with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Power BI or other data visualisation tools (excellent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong communication and good interpersonal skills as the role require to interact with stakeholders from various function
An analytical, meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
A highly motivated individual with minimal supervision
