About the jobAbout the roleThis Senior Financial Analyst role takes the lead in the Malaysias market, leveraging analytical and commercial expertise to boost business value and achieve financial goals, while also offering leaders insights into risk, opportunity, and return on investment in commercial initiatives.Key Responsibilities

• Support the regional Finance team with timely, accurate, and meaningful analysis of Malaysia business to ensure on-time submissions.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, including financial modeling, profitability analysis, and monitoring the impact of business issues on the bottom line.
• Lead annual Budget, Strategic Plan, and monthly forecasts using BI tools to improve data accuracy and reliability.
• Compile budgets for corporate departments, considering actual performance, previous expenditures, and estimated expenses and income.
• Assist in preparing executive and internal management reporting packages, including analytical review and associated commentary.
• Plan the risk assessment of internal control systems and approve necessary improvements.
• Support regional projects through insightful financial analysis and initiatives for revenue growth management and financial process optimization.

A successful candidate must exhibit strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, adept planning, and proficient execution, all crucial for fulfilling the roles requirements and driving the success of the business.Key Requirements

• Degree in Finance/Accounting with professional certifications preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 4 years of management reporting experience.
• Good sense of integrity and commit to regulatory & compliance.
• Regional exposure and familiarity with the Malaysia market preferred.
• Skilled in effective communication with strong stakeholder management.
