What you will do:As Senior Financial Analyst/Assistant Manager, SEA FP&A, you will Analyzes financial and economic information to provide accurate and reliable information for all strategic and operational decisions. Conducts financial, statistical, and analytical studies and assists in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Coordinates the development of budgets.How you will do it:

• Financial Planning/Reporting/Business Decisions \xe2\x80\x93 Lead/consolidate the annual budget, forecasts, monthly outlooks and long-term strategic planning processes for the Southeast Asia region
• Analytics to Drive/Influence Decisions - Responsible for establishing/publishing of regular financial reporting which highlights key business trends to support decisions on growth, investments, sourcing, and cost optimization.
• Month End Closing \xe2\x80\x93 Partner with country/vertical finance leaders, accounting controllers and FCOE teams to ensure smooth and accurate monthly financial close.
• Process Improvements - In depth review of current in country processes to identify gaps and provide related recommendations/enhancements.
• Special Projects - Ad-hoc projects based on management needs.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting or Finance is a must.
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of FP&A experience with increasing level of responsibilities within an MNC.
• Possess advanced analytical and objective critical thinking skills with the ability to effectively balance financial and operational needs in order to deliver timely and appropriate solutions to complex business issues.
• Ability to develop/review/enhance business model/processes and track progress/realizations accordingly.
• Strong business partnering/interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and work within a multi-cultural/discipline team with shared purposes.
• A high degree of proactivity, creativity and latitude is expected.
