Job Description
SG Global Enterprise Pte Ltd (SG Global) is a leading commodities trading firm in Singapore. SG Global focuses on the wholesale trading of natural rubber and palm oil products in bulk. It is also into property development and other investments.
Senior Financial Controller Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to CEO
- Review and analyze financial performance to aid management in making business decisions
- Provide timely preparation of financial and management reports
- Responsible in managing cash flow and forecasting
- Manage relationships with relevant stakeholders, liaise with relevant parties in handling tax and audit matters
- Support operations, especially pertaining to financing matters
- Oversee operations of the finance department
- Ad hoc project work as required by CEO
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- At least 15 years of working experience in the finance or related industry
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details and organized
- Technically strong in accounting and tax computation
- Ability to multi-task & work independently
- Proficient in Accounting Software & MS Office applications
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
- 5-day work week, full-time position
- Working location \xe2\x80\x93 Suntec City
