Position: Senior Fire Safety ManagerWe are searching for a highly skilled and seasoned Senior Fire Safety Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of fire safety at assigned sites. Responsibilities include developing and implementing fire safety policies, conducting regular inspections for compliance with regulations, and training staff in fire prevention and emergency response procedures. You will also coordinate fire safety drills, interface with regulatory authorities, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, extensive knowledge of fire safety practices, and exceptional communication skills.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive fire safety policies and protocols.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify and mitigate fire hazards.
• Train staff in fire prevention, emergency response, and proper use of safety equipment.
• Collaborate with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
• Coordinate and oversee fire safety drills to maintain emergency preparedness.
• Investigate fire incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, training sessions, and drills.
• Stay updated on evolving fire safety regulations and industry standards.
• Partner with other departments to integrate fire safety into organizational policies.
• Address inquiries from staff and regulatory agencies regarding fire safety matters.

Requirements:

• Possession of SCDF Senior Fire Safety Manager Certificate.
• Preferably holds a Bachelor\'s degree in Fire Safety Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in fire safety management, preferably in large-scale settings.
• Profound knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and during emergencies.
• Experience in Facility Building Maintenance services is advantageous.
• Singaporean citizenship required.
