Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring full compliance with fire safety regulations and the effective maintenance of all fire safety systems
• Involve in the implementation of the building\'s emergency response plan, conducting regular inspections and fire drills, and ensuring all fire safety certification requirements are achieved and upheld.
• Conduct regular inspections of all fire safety systems and equipment, identifying and resolving any issues to maintain regulatory compliance and ensure optimal performance of fire protection systems.
• Coordinate and lead periodic fire drills to familiarize all building occupants, including users and tenants, with evacuation procedures and ensure preparedness for emergencies.
• Review and update the building\'s emergency response plan as needed to reflect changes in regulations, building layout, or new equipment.
• Prepare and submit the annual fire safety report to the relevant Authority for the renewal of the building\'s fire certificate.
• Ensure all fire safety measures meet certification criteria and comply with Singapore\'s fire safety codes and regulations.
• Prepare and submit reports on fire safety matters to relevant authorities, including any incidents, compliance concerns, and equipment maintenance updates.
• Complete additional fire safety assignments as directed by supervisors or senior management.

Job Requirement(s):

• Minimum Degree or equivalent
• Certified Senior Fire Safety Manager (FSM)
• Class 3 driving license
• In-depth knowledge of fire safety codes and regulations
• Proven experience in fire safety management, facilities management, and the Defense sector
