Key Responsibilities
Visit to Client's premises once per week (Mon-Fri, excluding PH)
Review & update Emergency Response Plan (ERP) as per Fire Safety Act
Advise on fire safety matters and new regulations
Conduct regular fire inspections and identify areas of improvement
Conduct fire safety related training sessions
Assist with fire risk assessments and report changes in work processes
Prepare annual fire safety report
Attend annual FSSD certification & SCDF briefings
Ensure occupant load compliance & temporary use conditions
Conduct IPP drills, table top exercises and assist CERT formation
Be on-call 24 hours for emergencies
Register FSM with SCDF for Client's premise
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 4 per week
