As our company has continued to grow, we are investing in the capabilities of our FP&A organization.

The Senior FP&A analyst will be responsible for utilizing data and analytical tools to provide insights

and support decision-making processes across the company.

You will report directly to the CFO, work closely with the Controller and will join an innovative finance

team working cross-functionally to support delivery of TM Forum\xe2\x80\x99s vision and strategy.

The Senior FP&A analyst moves beyond compiling data and helps tell the story behind the numbers

by leveraging BI and FP&A systems to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources to

create insightful models and actionable reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis 70%

  • Execute financial strategies by providing data-driven insights to enable growth and profitability
  • Lead key FP&A processes: long-range planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting
in partnership with Controllership, P&L owners, Commercial & Sales, Operations & HR teams

  • Own financial modelling, provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of key variances and
trends and build fact-based business cases for strategic initiatives and critical business

decisions, including scenario planning

  • Assembly and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risk
against Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and provide recommendations

  • Actively participate in monthly Lines of Business (LoBs) commercial reviews to interpret and
evaluate business performance, including budget variances, and report key findings and

recommendations to the CFO

  • Assists in financial analysis for informing pricing scenarios and business models
  • Work closely with Controller to review financial close, ensuring accuracy and providing
actionable insights for management team

  • Work with Executive and Senior Leadership Teams to prepare presentations for CFO, CEO,
Board and FinCom

Treasury Element 15%

  • Develop and execute treasury strategies (e.g., risk management, treasury operations)
  • Perform weekly cash management which includes concentration of funds, release of
electronic payments and operation of short-term investment portfolios

  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecast (short-term & long-term) and investment strategies
  • Analyze, monitor, and hedge foreign exchange exposures
  • Monitor bank accounts and corporate credit cards transactions and process all requests on a
timely basis

  • Assist with administering bank accounts including opening, closing, and modifying accounts,
updating authorized signers, bank mandates as needed

  • Maintain strong banking relationships and partner with business owners and external auditors
  • Outline and develop metrics of superior balance sheet management (B/S analysis and
working capital productivity)

Business Intelligence (BI) 10%

  • Conduct industry benchmarking and provide global economic market insights
  • Liaise with internal Research team to provide market analysis and develop financial models to
interpret the data into financial opportunities and/or risks

  • Collaborate with Data &Technology, Commercial & controllership teams to ensure data
integrity and accuracy

  • Partner with the Data &Technology team to develop processes to extract, transform, and
ingest data from various data sources into a centralized data warehouse

  • Using large data sets be able to come up with meaningful analytics that drive the numbers of
the business going forward

  • Partner with CFO to develop standardized KPIs & dashboards
Ad Hoc 5%

  • Support ad-hoc projects and analysis requests to senior management.
  • Assists with annual audits and corporate insurance risk management in partnership with legal
counsel and Controllership

  • Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • Seven or more years of work experience, minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in roles with FP&A
accountability

  • Experience in the technology and/or telecommunications industry is a plus
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI.) and ERP systems is a plus
  • Experience working in a fast-paced large enterprise is a plus
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, weigh
alternatives, and identify solutions

  • Exceptional financial acumen; mastery of complex financial analysis, modeling, and data
analysis

  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 10% of the time
  • Self-disciplined, structured and organized, able to work remotely
  • Confident communicator with a dynamic and flexible attitude with the ability to work with
people at all levels in the organization
