Job

• Collaborate with operational teams, analyze financial data, and provide timely reporting to support decision-making and meet the financial responsibilities of the organization towards various stakeholders.

• Take charge of forecasting, analyzing revenue and costs, and ensuring accuracy in financial records by recommending financial solutions to enhance profitability, streamline accounts receivable collection, and simplify revenue recognition.

• Contribute to resolving issues related to accounts receivable, revenue recognition, and tax compliance, including managing revenue rebate programs.

• Conduct compliance analysis and reporting of SOX compliance, serving as the central coordinator across regional SOX control activities to facilitate improvements and timely closure of SOX audits.

• Engage in projects and initiatives aimed at streamlining processes, improving systems, and enhancing reporting capabilities.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with more than 5 years focused on Analysis and some experience handling audit and SOX-related responsibilities. \xef\x82\xa7

• Experience in Revenue and Cost Recognition, rebate program management, and Accounts Receivable collection.

• Strong track record in conducting comprehensive business finance analysis and delivering executive-level reports. \xef\x82\xa7

• Preference for candidates with an audit background and/or extensive knowledge of US GAAP and Singapore FRS (Financial Reporting Standards).
