Job Description

We're hiring a Senior Front-End Engineer to lead the next phase of our product evolution -- crafting fast, elegant, and intelligent interfaces that define how users experience our platform. You'll take ownership of the front-end architecture, guide technical decisions, and work cross-functionally with design, product, and backend teams to deliver exceptional user experiences at scale.
This is a remote-first role for engineers based in Singapore , offering full autonomy, modern tooling, and the opportunity to shape front-end strategy from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Lead the development of complex, high-performance web applications using React , Next.js , and TypeScript .
Design and implement scalable front-end architectures with maintainability, performance, and resilience in mind.
Translate sophisticated UI/UX designs into production-quality code while ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and pixel perfection.
Collaborate closely with backend teams to design efficient API contracts and data models.
Drive best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization .
Mentor other engineers, conduct deep technical reviews, and help evolve our engineering culture.
Contribute to high-level architectural decisions and influence product direction.
What You Bring
6+ years of front-end experience (or equivalent depth of expertise).
Mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript , React , and Next.js (or similar frameworks).
Strong understanding of state management , performance profiling , and scalable front-end architecture .
Experience working in component-driven development and design systems .
Familiarity with backend integration (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets).
An eye for detail -- you care about smooth animations, responsive layouts, and micro-interactions that delight users.
Proven ability to work independently in a distributed team while communicating clearly and proactively.
Nice to Have
Experience with SSR/SSG , Vercel , or Cloudflare Pages deployment.
Exposure to micro-frontend architecture or large-scale web platforms.
Familiarity with data visualization , real-time systems , or performance-heavy UIs .
Contributions to open-source projects or technical writing.
