About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer as the foundational technical member of our team. You will have the unique opportunity to architect, build, and launch our groundbreaking privacy-preserving data intelligence platform from the ground up. You are a hands-on builder with a deep passion for creating secure, scalable systems and a solid understanding of applied cryptography and data architecture. You will be instrumental in turning our visionary design into a production-ready reality.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Development: Lead the design and implementation of our core platform, from the user-facing PWA to the backend services and data pipelines. Architecture & Design: Translate complex privacy-by-design concepts into a robust, secure, and scalable technical architecture. Security & Cryptography Implementation: Build and own critical security components, including secure key management, identity tokenization flows, and cryptographic consent logging. Data Engineering: Design and implement efficient data models, event collection systems, and aggregation pipelines that operate on de-identified data. DevOps & Deployment: Establish and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and ensure high system reliability and performance.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency: Backend: Strong expertise in Go (preferred), Java, or Python. Frontend: Proficiency in modern React or Vue.js with TypeScript. Databases: Deep experience with PostgreSQL and caching solutions like Redis. Cloud: Proven experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.


Core Knowledge: Applied Cryptography: Practical experience with HMAC, hashing functions, and key management. Familiarity with standards like Argon2id or PBKDF2 is a significant plus. API & Security: Expertise in designing secure RESTful APIs and implementing authentication/authorization best practices. System Design: Ability to architect distributed systems, make sound technical trade-offs, and clearly articulate design decisions.


Soft Skills: Proactive Problem-Solver: Thrives in ambiguity and can independently research and solve novel technical challenges. Product Mindset: Understands business objectives and translates them into functional and robust technical solutions. Excellent Communicator: Fluent in English, able to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical founder clearly.

Good-to-Have Qualifications:

Experience in data-sensitive industries (FinTech, AdTech, HealthTech). Knowledge of privacy-enhancing technologies (e.g., differential privacy, k-anonymity). Familiarity with Singapore's PDPA or similar data protection regulations. Experience as the first technical hire in a startup environment.
