This information system is deployed in 25 business units all around the world. The system has multiple modules to manage reference data, commercial back office functions (payments, remittances, loans, deposits, guarantees, letters of credit \xe2\x80\xa6), accounting, management control and credit risk monitoring. The system caters to local regulatory reporting needs and head office reporting, based on a data warehouse.The candidate will be in charge of understanding the requirements and to test the payment system of the bank which is Global Pay Plus - Sevice Platform (GPP-SP) from Finastra (previously D&H). The role will focus primarily on testing the various evolutions of the in-house solution together with the payment engine (GPP-SP).Main responsibilitiesAs a Functional Tester:\xc2\xb7 Handle the core banking system\'s and payment system\'s various test phases : regression tests, integration tests, functional tests, test automation\xc2\xb7 Good Knowledge and working experience of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.\xc2\xb7 Define functional test scenarios for core banking and payment systems\xc2\xb7 Overall responsible for ensuring End to End testing for all the streams.\xc2\xb7 Maintain up to date test libraries (test scenarios, test cases)\xc2\xb7 Working with SIT & UAT Testing Team, reviewing, testing scenarios, test cases and helping developers and testers in clearing their doubts about the requirements etc.\xc2\xb7 Recording defects utilizing defect tracking tool with priority and severity and alert the management\xc2\xb7 Manage planning, communicate with stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Prepare regular reports on test results\xc2\xb7 Supporting the business users for User Acceptance Testing\xc2\xb7 Supporting Operations team / Business Users team to complete the testing\xc2\xb7 Managing testing at times when required and found the issues / testing not closing or moving as expected\xc2\xb7 Lead Defect Management related activesQualifications and ProfileThe position requires a minimum of 8-10 years relevant functional tester experience with Payment systems and Core Banking applications.Functional
\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge in Payment area like interaction with Clearing, payment file format ISO20022, SEPA and SWIFT. Hands-on experience with such data mapping and testing.
\xc2\xb7 Hands on experience on payment systems and exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement, Automated clearing house programs and channels.
\xc2\xb7 Extensive knowledge on various kinds of payment products such as TT, RTGS, LVP, Payroll, Cheque, DD, Cashier Order, Mass & Bulk payments.
\xc2\xb7 Proficient in End to End, Functional & System Integration testing of banking and financial applications
