Proclinical are recruiting for a Senior Global Clinical Project Manager to join a biotech organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor all operational features of clinical trials from early viability and feasibility studies to site allocation and selection.
• Guide and supervise international clinical trials, cooperating with internal shareholders and external vendors to guarantee adherence to timelines, quality standards, and GCP regulations.
• Recognise crucial success factors for trials by tracking, analysing, and reporting on factors, for example: probability, impact, and risk mitigation methods.
• Produce and execute budget and expense evaluation methods, handle costs and cooperate with the study team to guarantee financial compliance.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clinical trial sites and service providers, fostering collaborations and efficient communication.
• Evaluate and refine clinical operational procedures, looking for prospects to improve effective and project delivery.
• Offer novel solutions to guarantee on-time project delivery, recognise challenged and suggest solutions.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Former involvement working within a clinical research organisation or sponsor.
• Educated to a degree level in a relevant field, though a PMP certification would be ideal.
• Demonstrated experience within clinical operations paired with a comprehension of standard project management procedures.
• Competency with GCP and acquainted with FDA regulatory needs.
• Comprehension of the drug development procedure.
