We are currently seeking a Senior Program Specialist (Project Manager) to join our Building Technologies team in our Singapore (Changi Business Park) office. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management
  • Overall responsibility for completing assigned projects or work packages.
  • Ensures on time delivery of projects, within scope and with zero or positive deviation.
  • Implement all applicable aspects of the HBS Project Management Methodology during the execution of projects through the use of Project Vision.
  • Maintain a comprehensive Risk & Opportunity Schedule throughout the project life cycle.
  • Maintain an effective project documentation process to support extension of time claims, change order management and progress claims.
  • Undertake site management of installation & commissioning activities involving direct resources, subcontractors and 3rd parties - including the customer.
2. Cost:
  • Maintain a work breakdown structure (WBS) throughout the project life cycle.
  • Ensure that the Estimate to Complete (ETC) includes all outstanding contracted works and that the Estimate at Completion (EAC) is reviewed each month.
  • Work with Integrated Supply Chain to ensure all Post Award Savings are reflected in the Gross Margin.
3. Finance:
  • Provide accurate forecasts for revenue and GM to the business.
  • Maintain unbilled receivables on a monthly basis for total jobs managed and be responsible for meeting or exceeding working capital plan (for your assigned Projects).
4. Customer Relationship:
  • Maintains customers satisfaction at acceptable levels and promptly resolves customer issues.
  • Work with the nominated Customer Advocate to ensure required customer survey are undertaken.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Diploma in Engineering/Project Management
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in Project operations, Financial processes, Team management

  • Scheduling including resource-loading critical path analysis
  • SOW-thru-WBS-thru-BOE-thru Integrated Master Schedule
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Earned Value Management
  • Cost & Financials (ex. RDE, spend, forecast, variance)
  • Risk Management (Identification & Mitigation)
  • Cross Functional Communication with program team/sponsors
  • May perform the role of program\xe2\x80\x99s risk process manager
