The Responsibilities:

As a Golang professional, your responsibility will include but not limited to:

• Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code using the Go programming language
• Work on developing web applications, APIs, and microservices
• Collaborating with the team to design the architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
• Building applications that run on multiple platforms
• Automated testing. You are to implement unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the software\'s correctness and robustness
• Optimizing algorithms and data structures; all applications are high-performance applications. You are to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the code and system
• Implementing security best practices to protect against vulnerabilities and threats
• Being involved in code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards

The Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in either Information Technology or Computer Science
• Over five years of professional track record in designing, building, and maintaining applications using the Go programming language throughout various projects
• Ability to read, write, and speak in Mandarin to collaborate on regional cross-functional projects. The Singapore project stakeholders are based in North Asia
• Proficiency in software development principles and best practices; such as modular design, clean code, and effective problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in writing unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests using Go\'s testing framework
• Skills in debugging Go code, utilizing tools like the Delve debugger or native Go debugging utilities
• Experience in developing and deploying Go applications on Linux
• Familiarity with network programming, socket programming, and protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, WebSocket)
• Proficiency with Git version control systems, for source code management and collaboration
