Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Take the reins in shaping and overseeing the visual identity of our region to ensure a seamless and impactful representation across all design aspects.
• Strategic Collaboration: Become an integral partner to our Sales, Marketing, and Innovations teams. Engage from ideation processes, infusing creative insights to elevate our offerings.
• Creative Conceptualization: Develop innovative concepts in line with Marketing teams for both internal and external projects.
• Internal & External Presentation: Translate design and concept proposals into compelling narratives during customer presentations.
• Project Management: Guide design projects from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless journey and delivering high-quality results within specified timelines.
• Ideation: Be the catalyst for ideas that spark excitement and movement by sharing inspiring design insights and innovations with internal teams

You Bring:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional design expertise, cultivated either in-house or within an agency setting. Possess a BA Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field, showcasing your commitment to the craft.
• Showcase technical finesse with proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro. Knowledge of printing processes and the ability to set up files for print
• Demonstrate a profound understanding of typography, layout, and the importance of visual consistency. Showcase your prowess in translating ideas into impactful presentations using PowerPoint.
• Be an explorer of new digital opportunities in graphic design, staying at the forefront of emerging trends and technologies, such as new AI tools.
