Job Description

• Min 1-2 years of experience in operations/ hospitality/ facilities management
• Comfortable with working on at least 1 weekend - Sat or Sun (5 day work week)
• Willing to go out and about in the field, and to get your hands dirty!

The role will be responsible for assisting the Operations Team in preparing new units, ensuring that existing units are perfect for guests, and handling any issues or emergencies that arise.



Adecco is partnering with one of our clients in the real estate/hospitality industry with a strong presence in Europe and America, and they are looking a Senior Guest Operations Specialist to join their expanding team! Permanent employment with attractive remunerations and benefits (Basic + VB) The Job:

• Generate check-in/out reports for the properties according to business standards
• Conduct simple on the spot repairs to properties after a check-in/out report
• Assist the Operations Manager with furnishing new units, including layouts, creating snag lists, photoshoot styling and ensuring the apartment is guest-ready
• Transport inventory items from our warehouse to properties
• Supervise handyman while working on resolving an emergency in our apartments (locksmith, plumber, etc.)
• Assist with data entry and general administration tasks
• Manage viewings/site visits at properties for prospective clients or partners
• Perform messenger related duties such as collecting paperwork, delivering items, receiving mail
