Job Description

Process all types of payment such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns courteously and professionally. Coordinate with Housekeeping to track the readiness of rooms for check-in. Supply guests with directions and information regarding the property. Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system. Balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by superior Requirements 1 to 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity relevant experience in a 5-star hotel is preferred. GCE N/O Levels or fresh graduates in Hospitality/ Tourism Management Intermediate computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken, written and electronic) Demonstrate independence, responsibility and accountability Able to work rotating shifts including public holidays and weekends Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
