What the role is:You will monitor Singapore's national and government health expenditure and provide insights on healthcare financing strategies and policies to keep healthcare affordable and sustainable for all Singaporeans. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.What you will be working on:You will: xe2x80xa2 Maintain strategic oversight on overall healthcare financing mix and how the various finance levers (i.e. Government subsidies, insurance, savings, safety nets) interact and contribute to an affordable yet sustainable financing system. xe2x80xa2 Conduct analyses, develop models and track metrics over time to provide data insights that guide healthcare financing policy (e.g. identifying affordability gaps, drivers of cost, impact of policy changes) xe2x80xa2 Drive the development of analytical capabilities within MOH healthcare financing teams and feedback channels across key stakeholders to identify and address key financing gaps to achieve strategic policy goals xe2x80xa2 Conduct horizon scanning and engage external experts to keep abreast of global trends and benchmarks, with the aim of distilling learning points about reforms or financing policies that can be applied to SingaporeWhat we are looking for:What are we looking for?
