Duration: 6 months contract
Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours, Alt Sat half day
Location: Novena
:
- Handling counter issues e.g. EPIC system issues, complain cases, providing counter staff advise and counselling.
- Data extraction and presentation for audit, research and/or policy-making.
- Project management for minor renovation works including procurement, approval-seeking and coordination for smooth ground operations
- Any other duties assigned by the ED Senior Manager and Head of Department
