Position Summary:
We are looking for energetic Customer Service Executive (6 months contract) to help coordinating activities and providing operational support for the Service team. The incumbent use dormakaba established procedures and guidelines to provide information, advice, and assistance regarding dormakaba products and services to our customers. He/She will also ensure high level of service excellence is delivered to build long term relationship with our partners.
