Oversee day-to-day operations of the HR & Administrative department.
Responsible for review, design and execute HR policies.
Manage the recruitment cycle, boarding/ off-boarding of staff, including employment & consultant contract signing and renewals etc.
Handle monthly payroll and employment pass application and renewal.
Inform Management on employees\xe2\x80\x99 relation matters including disciplinary issues, grievances, absenteeism, and other employee disputes.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource or equivalent.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Testing/Inspection Certification or Marine Service industry .
Proficient with MS Office and Whyze payroll software .
