• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Partner with Head of Human Resources, Southeast Asia and SEA Country HR Leads to lead and execute People Strategy Plan including various HR campaigns/projects
• Lead and execute country level people activities such as new hire orientation, engagement/CSR/DEI events etc through collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve people practices and processes
• Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on various HR matters
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and business leaders/hiring managers on recruitment efforts and onboarding processes
• Lead and implement talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and career development
• Work closely with the L&D team to identify training needs and execute talent development programs
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and measure their effectiveness
• Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary
• Support change management initiatives and organizational development projects
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations in Singapore
• Participate in region level business meetings e.g. country level leadership meeting/safety meeting, including and not limited to region or SEA level HR forums

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a HR business partner role
• Experience working in a multinational company with exposure to global markets and matrix work environment
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws in Singapore
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Proven track record in driving employee engagement and talent development initiatives
• Experience in change management and organizational development
• Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis
