The Senior HR Partner reports to HR Manager and he/she will

  • Partner with the Line Managers of MRO and Hosted units to fulfill HR strategies aligned to the business strategy.
  • Independently provide operational HR guidance and support across employee life-cycle, talent acquisition, development, management and employee engagement.
  • Work closely with Enterprise People Services (EPS) and Communities of Expertise (COE) in maturing the HR operating model and to formulate HR solutions in support of the business
  • Drive HR process improvement and be involved in HR projects and initiatives including policies, processes, system improvement and implementation at site or at country level.
  • Undertake HR related metric reporting to ensure optimal performance delivery.
  • Support in roll out of Corporate and site HR initiatives
  • Any other duty/ project as assigned by HR Manager
Specific Role Responsibilities:

Employee Relations
  • Coach and support Line Managers and Supervisors on employee performance management discussions, and handle employee relations issues/challenges.
Talent Acquisition, Management and Development
  • Partner with Line managers to identify current and future personnel needs.
  • Liaise with Talent Acquisition/agencies, Total Rewards & Enterprise People Services to ensure that the open positions are filled in a timely manner.
  • Career discussions and development planning with Line Managers
  • Attract, retain, and motivate talent by keeping abreast of market compensation and benefits practices/ participation in surveys and proposing/ developing competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Utilize analytics to identify process improvement opportunities with respect to talent attraction, engagement, development and retention, including but not limited to HR site data, Pulse Survey results, performance appraisals, training needs.
  • Coordinate Leadership Development Reviews (LDR) if necessary
Culture & Engagement
  • Initiate and drive Employee Engagement programs including Wellness program, employee appreciation Week, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I).
  • Drive for employee\xe2\x80\x99s engagement (Pulse Survey)/Leader Effectiveness Survey participation and share results, work together with Line Managers to propose action plan, execute, and communicate.
  • Support employee communications sessions and participate in tier meetings and GEMBA walks.
  • Work with EPS to improve the end-to-end HR processes, as an effort to maintain good employee experience.
  • Participate and/or lead continuous improvement projects.
  • Initiate ideas/proposals to improve site culture in respect to RTX core values and leadership behaviors.
HR Operations and Compliance
  • Risk management and governance
  • Workforce planning, weekly/monthly headcount tracking & reporting.
  • Responsible for timely updates of HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure accurate and quality data management in HRIS and HRIQ (leave and time management system).
  • Support and work with all respective departments for internal and external audits
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources or related discipline with demonstrated competence of at least 8 years in HR function, preferably as a Generalist or Business Partner
  • Broad exposure to all functional areas of HR preferred.
  • Proven ability to act as an advisor and build relationships with employees and managers to enhance collaboration and influence stakeholders.
  • Proactive with high interest to pre-empt and propose solutions/ initiatives to improve HR\xe2\x80\x99s value add to the business.
  • Independent and assertive individual, able to hold his/her own weight in professional conduct and HR knowledge.
  • Strong organizational skills, proactive and resourceful, with a can-do attitude.
  • Good knowledge of local employment law
