We're now looking for a

Senior HR Associate

who will be a core part of our team, ensuring that our people experience is smooth, engaging, and aligned with the fast-paced, entrepreneurial way we work.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys building processes from the ground up, and is excited to take ownership across the full employee lifecycle.

What you'll do



Own the end-to-end employee journey -- from pipelining, sourcing, and screening candidates, to onboarding new hires, setting them up with the right tools, ways of working, and culture. Be the first point of contact for our people -- supporting employees, consultants, and mentors with HR-related queries, onboarding, offboarding, and records management. Support OKRs and performance management -- coordinating goal-setting cycles, tracking progress, and ensuring conversations between managers and employees run smoothly. Own engagement initiatives -- from planning townhalls and team activities to running peer-recognition and culture-building programs. Support payroll and compliance -- ensuring accuracy and alignment with local labor regulations. Be a builder -- helping to streamline HR processes, improve systems, and bring fresh ideas to create a great employee experience.

Business Operations (secondary scope):

Provide ad-hoc support in business operations during peak periods -- e.g. basic finance admin (invoice processing), operational reporting, startup/partner record keeping -- ensuring smooth day-to-day execution while keeping HR as the primary focus.

What you'll bring



2-4 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in a startup or fast-growing company. End-to-end exposure to recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and HR operations. Familiarity with performance management frameworks (OKRs a plus). Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. A people-first mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Adaptability, curiosity, and eagerness to learn. Comfort working across different cultures and regional markets (Japan, South Korea, India, Philippines experience a plus).
