- Position Title: Senior HR Executive/ HR & Admin Senior Executive
- Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am \xe2\x80\x93 6.18 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Create, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures through review and formulation.
- Provide general HR and administrative support, including preparing appointment letters and conducting new staff orientations.
- Offer comprehensive HR and administrative support to foreign employees, including processing work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Handle government grant applications for benefits such as maternity and childcare leave.
- Process and submit monthly payroll and reports.
- Manage employee training and development needs by administering various training programs and courses.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure that all filing is up-to-date.
- Perform any additional ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
- Minimum Diploma, with at least 3 years of related experience in HR Operations.
- Experience in Logistics and Airfreight industry would be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Prosoft Unit 4.
