Responsibilities:
Delivery of full spectrum HR activities and processes such as performance management, manpower planning including recruitment, compensation & benefit and payroll with focus in learning & development
Develop and implement functional and regional HR initiatives in the SEA and APAC region
Manage areas of employee\'s medical, insurance, benefits and welfare, disciplinary and grievance matters
Participate in process improvement / digital transformation / system enhancement projects
Provide HR advice to Business Units, recommend solutions and provide action plans
Requirements:
Prior in-depth experience in handling employment law and regulations especially in APAC/SEA countries
Sound knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance across the region
Diploma in Human Resource Management or at least 3-5 years of experience in a Senior HR role
