Senior HR Executive Location: Cavan Road (Bendemeer) Salary range: $3,400 - $4,800 Working days: 5.5 days Working hours: (Mon - Fri) 8.30am-5.30pm, (Sat) 8.30am - 1.00pm (after confirmation, alte Senior HR Executive Location: Cavan Road (Bendemeer) Salary range: $3,400 - $4,800 Working days: 5.5 days Working hours: (Mon - Fri) 8.30am-5.30pm, (Sat) 8.30am - 1.00pm (after confirmation, alternate Saturday off) Responsibilities: Full spectrum of HR functions, recruitment, post advertisement, leave management Management of corporate insurance and claim administration Perform payroll function and claims processing Handle MOM work passes, prepare employment, confirmation and warning letter, and quota administration Segregation of Employees Contracts, certificates and other documents in the personnel files and updating employees' details Handle office administration and organize company event Act as an advisor and counsel to the employees on HR matters Conduct orientation and briefing of staff benefits Review, propose and implement staff benefits and welfare Coordinate and participate with government agencies and external parties for implementation of work various improvement and grants Ensure timely submissions in all government and related claims e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS make-up claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters, etc. Assist in other duties assigned Requirements : Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, business administration, finance preferred 3 - 4 years of experience in Human Resources, with hands-on experience across MOM related compliance matters or by any government ministry requirement including application/Renewal of Work Pass, S Pass & Employment Pass Proficient in Microsoft office functions, excel, word and power point Familiar with Employment Act and other statutory requirements and legislation
