Job Description
:
- Up to $5,200
- Working location: Sungei Kadut, company transport provided
- Leading Construction company
- Supporting HR Manager in reviewing, designing & implementing of projects such as C&B, performance management and career development
- To be responsible for promotion, annual salary review, market adjustment & year end variable bonus
- Salary surveys & benchmarking activities
- In charge of employee welfare activities
- Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in construction industry is a plus
