Able to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Compliance with HR policies and procedures with all local audits & statutory.
Support for HR full spectrum function and administrations, including on-boarding and off-boarding, provide information, advice and resolve employees\' queries/ HR issues in a timely manner.
To assist in employee welfare programs planning and execution.
Any other day-to-day administrative or ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements
Degree in HRM or other relevant qualification
At least 2 year(s) working experience in related field.
Experience with recruitment / within manufacturing sector will be an advantage.
