Job Description
What the role is:As a HR Executive/Senior HR Executive (Recruitment), you will assist the Resourcing & Performance Management team in the following areas:What you will be working on:
- Support end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to submitting online job postings, review job applications, scheduling interviews and co-ordinating with the candidates, processing required clearances and administrative work etc; \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the onboarding process of new hires; \xe2\x80\xa2 Support any new initiatives or projects needed by the division; \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other HR-related duties and ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Working knowledge and experience in recruitment procedures will be an advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous, able to work under pressure and deliver within timeline \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Independent, proactive, self-driven and proactive team player \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates with no experience or with 1 to 2 years of relevant HR experience are welcome to apply
