Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of the Employee Relations team to administer the suite of benefits, drive strategies to shape the culture of the organisation and launch engagement initiatives. You will also handle workplace grievances and the disciplinary process and provide support in HR Systems Handling and related areas.Scope
Administer employee benefits and policies and procedures effectively, including communicating the rationale behind HR policies and processes to employees and line managers
Design and administer non-monetary compensation/ benefits package that meet the employee profile and organisation budget
Identify, evaluate and effectively harness and implement potential technology and digital/AI/date analytics tools to improve HR processes and systems to achieve greater efficiency and synergy across teams
Drive strategies for communication to enhance employee engagement and wellness to shape the organisation culture
Measure, evaluate and continuously improve the effectiveness and relevance of engagement and wellness initiatives
Conduct confidential thorough and fair investigations into allegations of violations of internal policies and produce comprehensive and clear investigation reports
Triage employee relations casework and identify potential solutions to address different case types and actions appropriately within the guidelines
Drive the disciplinary process and work with managers on performance review plans as well as terminations
Work closely with the union on relevant matters and engage staff and union office-bearers on a regular basis to achieve harmonious workplace relations
Formulate and implement HR policies, prepare reports and provide critical analysis on HR related trends
Requirement
Degree in Human Resource or a related discipline, with prior relevant experience
Possess a good understanding of the total benefits framework and policies as well as industry trends and best practices
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, resourceful, independent and a team player
Demonstrates sound judgement and experience in influencing and strategically solve problems
