Senior Hr Executive (full Spectrum / Payroll / Up To $6000)

Job Description
- Singapore Based (Tanjong Pagar)
- 5 Days work per week (9am to 6pm)
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or relevant + At least 3-5 years relevant experience in HR and payroll for substantial company size

- Perform full spectrum of HR from recruitment, training to offboarding
- Manage relevant onboarding, probationary evaluation and exit procedures and activities
- Manage and monitor application, renewal and cancellation procedures of work passes
- Manage and maintain employees within the Group's attendance, tardiness, P-File, payroll (80 headcount) , insurance and other employee relations matters
- Plan, organize and manage Company annual Dinner and Dance and team building activities
- Organize and arrange theoretical training sessions for employees under the Group of Companies
- Set up, organize and manage yearly the Group's employee appraisal
- Assist in organizing and management of the Annual Singapore Ferrous Metal Week
- Prepare relevant Company documents including Company profile and other procedural documentation
- Other ad-hoc activities or errands as assigned
