Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Full spectrum of HR Generalist operations including but not limited to Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, L&D, Internal/External Training arrangements, Offboarding, Gov Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Full spectrum of HR Generalist operations including but not limited to Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, L&D, Internal/External Training arrangements, Offboarding, Government related matters, Company Insurance 2. In charge of HR for group of companies of around 80 pax 3. Handle day-to-day HR duties 4. Answer HR related Calls 5. Handle Employees' HR Enquiries 6. Managing HRMS (Info-Tech) 7. Relevant grant applications 8. Managing COJTC and its certifications 9. Any other relevant ad-hoc duties / projects to be assigned 10. Sole contributor role Requirements: . Min. Relevant Diploma, Degree in Business/HRM preferred . Experience in full spectrum of HR functions . Positive working attitude, team player, able to work independently, those with experience in services industry will be preferred . Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel & Word, Experience in Info-Tech HRMS preferred . Min. 5 years full HR Generalist experience to be considered, those with more experience may be considered for Manager position - Immediate availability highly preferred
