Senior Hr Executive / Manager (sme / Recruitment / Pharmaceutical Ind / West)
Job Description
The company is a high-tech manufacturer of contact lens solutions, sterile pharmaceutical solutions, first-aid eye and wound irrigations as well as eye comfort drops. We are looking for a HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes with strong recruiting experience. The incumbent duties involve developing recruitment strategies, managing staff benefits and compensation, training, employee relations, performance management, grievance handling and welfare. In addition, the incumbent will oversee the administrative operations of the company.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor in human resource management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in human resource management.
- Prior experience in recruitment as a manager, coordinator or consultant as well as experience screening and interviewing job candidates is also required.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of labour law.
- Knowledge of social media and professional networks.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
