Job Description
- 5 work-day, 9am to 6pm

- Liaise with local universities in company locations to get company spot on School career and Recruitment activities.
- Able to work flex-time occasionally to collaborate with employees in the United States HR team (US time-zone).
- Sourcing for the right candidates
- Conduct Interview : phone and f2f interview
- Team Work : Work together with Senior Management to understand resource needs and hiring plan
- Use various recruitment channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, MyCareersFuture (MCF) etc to source candidates from company different offices (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand).
- Organize career fairs, support by HR Associate/ Generalist.
- Research market staffing trends, establish systematic workflows, and recommend solutions to improve our company\'s recruitment practices.
- Design job offers, draft offer letters and employment agreement and negotiate offers.
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act
- 3+ years of experience relevant experience
- Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Advanced knowledge of best HR practices and Singapore Employment Act
- Reports directly to Senior Group Manager
- Works closely with Asia management team
