Conduct Interview : phone and f2f interview

Use various recruitment channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, MyCareersFuture (MCF) etc to source candidates from company different offices (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand).
Organize career fairs, support by HR Associate/ Generalist.
Research market staffing trends, establish systematic workflows, and recommend solutions to improve our company\'s recruitment practices.
Design job offers, draft offer letters and employment agreement and negotiate offers.
Familiar with Singapore Employment Act
Requirements and skills
3+ years of experience relevant experience
Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field
Advanced knowledge of best HR practices and Singapore Employment Act
Directions Received
Reports directly to Senior Group Manager
Works closely with Asia management team
