JOB DESCRIPTION
An investment holding firm in the oil and gas sector is currently looking for a Senior HR Executive to join their team and handle the generalist function.
Reporting to the CEO, the Senior HR Executive will be responsible for full spectrum of HR including handling payroll, recruitment, HR administration, HR policies reviewing and updating, renewing insurance policies, participating in HR audits and MOM surveys, and give support to the administrative team.
The incumbent will also be responsible for coordinating IT support by raising IT tickets for the staff in Singapore and branches in other region.
Successful candidates can expect to work in an established organization with a cohesive team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma 3 - 5 years of relevant experience as Human Resources professional Experience with preparing payroll Experience as sole contributor in the HR function is preferred
