The Senior HR Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and ensuring smooth HR operations within the organization.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Partner with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently.
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with the Employment Act and MOM guidelines.
Handle HR administration including letter of appointment, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data (leaves, overtime, allowances, etc.).
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Assist in implementing employee engagement and welfare programs.
Support initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
4. Performance & Training
Assist in coordinating performance appraisal cycles.
Track training needs and support learning and development programs.
Maintain training records for compliance and development tracking.
5. Compliance & HR Policies
Ensure HR practices comply with the Singapore Employment Act, CPF, and other statutory requirements.
Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR-related reports and ensure timely submission
6. HR Projects & Process Improvement
Support HR transformation and digitalization initiatives.
Participate in projects to improve HR processes and employee experience.
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
Good knowledge of Singapore labor laws and MOM regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
