Key Responsibilities
Act as HR business partner to support department heads in workforce planning and HR-related matters.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
Support talent management initiatives, including performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
Handle general HR administration such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and managing contract renewals.
Foster positive employee relations and support initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
At least 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner capacity.
Strong background in recruitment and talent management.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and
Mandarin
to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
